1. Order Processing and Preorders

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and inspection of all orders. Processing times may vary depending on holidays, weekends, or high-volume periods.

Certain lengths and styles may require preordering, which can result in extended wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your custom hair needs with care and precision.

2. Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note the following:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once the carrier has marked the item as delivered.

  • Customers should ensure that shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

3. Hair Hold Timeframe & Payment Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, please review our hair hold and payment terms below.

Hair Hold Timeframe

  • Hair will only be held for a maximum of 6 months.

  • If payment is not received within that time, the hair will be released and made available to other clients.

  • If the hair was provided by the customer (e.g., you dropped off your own bundles or wig for customization), it will be disposed of after 6 months if payment is not received.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to secure any hair or custom order.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment is received.

  • No holds will be made without payment.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

4. No Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in our premium wigs and hair products. Please be advised of our strict no refund policy.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on any wig purchases.

  • We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and photos before placing your order.

  • Due to the personal nature of wigs, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective wig, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at runwayhairstudioinc@gmail.com

  • Include photos and a description of the issue

  • We will review your claim and provide instructions for return if applicable

Note: We do not offer refunds, but will provide a replacement if your return is approved.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
