SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note the following:

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once the carrier has marked the item as delivered.

Customers should ensure that shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Missed Deliveries & Carrier Holds
If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unavailable, the carrier may redirect the package to a pickup location or hold facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package within the carrier’s specified timeframe.
Failure to collect the package may result in the shipment being returned to sender. In such cases, the order remains non-refundable. Any reshipment will require an additional shipping fee paid by the customer.
